Reporting a repair
If you are a shared owner or leaseholder you should contact the repairs team for repairs required for the shared areas inside and outside your property only. Any repairs to the inside of your home are your responsibility.
If you are a market rent, keyworker or temporary social housing tenant, you should contact the repairs team for all repairs to the property you are renting.
