To view your statements and repairs history, you can log in using the button below. This will direct you to a log-in screen in a new window.
Leaseholders and shared owners, you can now view your repairs history, (and your rent statements if you are a tenant), by creating 'My account'. Clicking on either of the buttons below will open a new window, where you can log straight in to your account, or create your account if you have not done so.
To create your account, you will need your tenancy reference number, your allpay reference number (the long number on the front of your Allpay card), and an email account (e.g. google, hotmail) so we can send you your PIN number. You'll also need to enter a favourite word, from which you'll be prompted to enter two letters at log-in.
