Temporary accommodation
Circle Living is involved in a number of Temporary Accommodation initiatives with various local authorities. This involves the use of private sector stock as well as the group’s own stock where appropriate.
The Temporary Accommodation initiatives allow Circle Living to support local authorities to meet local housing demand, in particular to meet their statutory obligations regarding homelessness.
Temporary Accommodation provides an alternative to bed & breakfast or hostel accommodation to homeless households to whom the local authority has a duty to assist.
We currently have schemes in Barking and Dagenham, Haringey, Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Ipswich and Great Yarmouth.
