Market Rent
Circle Anglia has a portfolio of over 600 properties available to rent in the private sector; we call these our Market Rent homes.
We have concentrations of properties across London, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Bishop Stortford, Brentwood, Norwich, Great Yarmouth & Lincoln. These properties are managed by the Circle Living Team.
The properties provide rented accommodation to those who would not qualify for subsidised housing but who want the assurance of renting from an experienced and reputable landlord. Prospective tenants will need to demonstrate that they can afford the rent and have a satisfactory credit reference. We also offer lettings to companies.
The Circle Living team offer letting and management services to third party private landlords. Landlords are advised of their legal obligations and can opt for a level of service to suit their needs from let only to full management.
