Keyworkers

Circle Anglia offers newly built and refurbished properties specifically targeted at eligible Key Workers in areas of high housing cost at below market rent.

Circle 33 apartmentsThe initiative aims to help address the problem of retention and recruitment of key frontline public sector workers and therefore support the delivery of key public services to help maintain thriving and sustainable communities in high value areas.

It offers Key Workers access to intermediate rented housing in the most pressured housing markets, allowing them to live within a reasonable travelling distance of their usual place of work.

All applicants must be employed in a qualifying Key Worker profession or have an offer of employment within a qualifying profession that is due to start within 3 months, and must be registered with the local Homebuy Agent.

Key workers should contact the Zone Agent in their area of work for confirmation of their status, as different areas have different Key worker needs and focus.
