Our Portfolio Managers are responsible for managing Circle Anglia's leasehold properties. They manage estate issues such as parking, rubbish collection, communal repairs and maintenance. If you have any queries about the management of property please contact them.
Property Management
The Circle Living team provide a management facility for all of our Leasehold and Shared Ownership units. A dedicated Portfolio Manager will carry out regular, scheduled site inpsections to ensure that common areas are maintained to a high standard by the most cost effective contractors.
Your Portfolio Manager is there to take ownership of and deal with the majority of your queries, offering a friendly, local, face to face service.
