Circle Anglia’s Sales and Business Support team supplies a wide range of administrative functions that housing associations must, by law, provide for their tenants and leaseholders. Our services include sales to tenants and shared owners in addition to a series of legal functions. The work of the team is highly varied and at any one time our workload might include:
Investigation of whether a shared owner may carry out major alterations
Consultation with residents about forthcoming major repairs
Liaison with external developers in drafting Party Wall Agreements to protect a Registered Provider (RP) and its residents from the possible repercussions of nearby excavations.
Well-trained by senior housing and legal professionals, we are adept at daily management of these areas of huge potential risk.
